The locking mechanism has a lock (18) and a bolt (22) and a locking element (24) attached to the front of the rear door (14) in the space between the two sliding doors (12, 14, 16). The locking element has stops at its top and rear ends. In the opened position of the lock the bolt swivels into an opening position where it is separated from the locking element to allow lateral movement of front and rear doors relative to each other. When the lock is closed the bolt swivels up into the closing position where it engages with the locking element to prevent lateral movement of the two doors and vertical movement of the front door upwards when the front and rear doors are each closed.
