The handle consists of main body (10) with bar (11) and sleeve (20). The bar has outer upper and lower threads (111,112) and a positioning part (12). The sleeve encloses the bar and is displaceable on it. It has an inner thread in its upper end to mesh with the outer thread of the bar, and several ring grooves (202) in its inner wall, to engage with the positioning part. This permits the sleeve to be located in various positions. The positioning part has a steel ball (121) and a spring (122). The main body is a spanner with one handle, or pliers with two handles.
