The portable drinks packing (1) is made from a cardboard blank to hold a number of especially beer bottles (27) in rows. In the in-use state the packing is constructed to hold up to five bottles next to each other. One of the primary surfaces (3) has U-shaped cut-outs (17) stamped out to form viewing windows for the packed bottles after hinging of the stamped out cardboard sections (19) inwards into the packing. The center packing position may be constructed as a holder for at least one drinking glass.
