A simple method for mounting a piezo acoustic generator inside a housing, e.g. as a rodent scarer, uses the existing mounting holes in the piezo assembly to secure same directly to the inner support frame of the housing. The support frame can be a simple L-profile with a slotted construction enabling the piezo assembly to be secured using self tapping screw fasteners. The housing also contains the control circuit and battery and is fitting on site using a simple pulley and karabiner.
