A control system for a district heating or cooling network has at least two users (8), each connected in turn to the supply (1) via dedicated valves (7). A demand control system (5) monitors the temperatures of the separate users, and in particular the temperatures of the integral storage units. The users are supplied in turn via the recirculating supply system and the distribution system switches off when all users have been topped up thereby saving energy.
