The tool consists of a main body (1) with a handle (10) for the user and a shaft (20) for turning a screw. The handle has an annular region (12) of maximum diameter for the part of the hand between the thumb and index finger enabling the user to grip the handle firmly. The distance between the annular region of maximum diameter and the upper end of the handle is approximately 1/4 to 1/10 the length of the handle.
