The frame (10), with a rectangular opening (12) to hold a flat TV screen at a wall, has a width and height set to match the dimensions of the flat screen TV set. Mounting bars (18) are at the frame opening to hold the TV set in place in a positive fit and/or with a friction grip. The opening has a projecting lip (22) to support the TV set, and an inner projection (16) covers the gap between the TV set and the frame. The frame can be fitted with a blind or a cover to shroud the TV set when not in use.
