Swimming aid for learning breast stroke, has board with D shaped guide grooves for heels

The aid includes a board (3) with two D-shaped guide grooves (1) on its top side for the heels. The person learning to swim sits on the board with their heels in the grooves and then moves their legs so that the legs are moved outwards and apart along the curved parts of the D and then inwards and together along the straight parts of the D. The board can be placed in the bottom of a bath or tub or it can form the base of a tub filled with water up to approximately ankle height.
