The plastic weather-proof container to hold waste or other objects can be simply attached to the backs of chairs using a special fastening system. It has a bag (a) which runs the breadth of the container and can carry advertising. On the bag is a protective flap (b) the same width as the container stuck down with sticky tabs (c). The container also has its own carrying handle (d) in the form of a hole punched out of the material forming the flap.
