To monitor and control the success of dieting while on a diet, using a dieting aid in a given dosage together with an exercise and/or nutrition regime, at least one body weight is established at given time intervals. The body weight is taken together with earlier weights to adjust the dieting aid until a successful dieting plan is achieved.
