External heat energy is input via the connections (2, 2.2) and an internal self-circulating heat energy is input through the heat exchange medium/cooling water (13) via the bypass valve (2.1) to the cooling water/coolant tube (23.1) for optimal evaporation of the outer-flowing coolant.
