The exchanger has tubular forward and backward connecting pieces welded with a boiler. A liquid medium e.g. water, is led by baffle plates at exterior surfaces of exhaust gas pipes (5) along the backward piece. The pipes are welded with lower and upper boring plates (8, 8.1) that are welded with the boiler. Connecting adapters are welded at lower and upper ends of the boiler. A relief valve is provided at the backward piece.
