The assembly for gutting hunted game, and especially hoofed game e.g. deer, is a trough (1) open at both sides, fitted to a holder on a stand. The trough has a center gutter (8), flanked by stiffening edges (9). Anchors (10) are at the corners for chain fasteners, and recesses (11,12) are at the ends to secure the carcass for gutting. Drillings (14) are along the edges to take gutting tools.
