The lamp has a rectangular housing consisting of a light source inside, at least one spotlight and at least one SOS flashlight as well as at least one cold cathode light source, a number of reflectors attached around the light source and a sealing collar joining an inner part of a forward transparent panel and the reflector, which is in a screw nut enabling a fixed and simultaneously a loose position in the forward part of the housing.
