The disc (2) has several teeth around the edge each with cutting tips (1) which can be of different kinds so that one part is made from polycrystalline diamond and the other of tungsten carbide. The teeth with the polycrystalline diamond tips can be arranged in alternation with the tips made of tungsten carbide if all the tips have the same configuration.
