The device is assembled of a drive shaft (1), a plate (2), a front- and a rear connecting rod (3, 4), a front stamp seat (5) and a rear stamp seat (6) and a paper positioning area (9). The drive shaft (1) is guided through the plate (2) joined with its outer ends to the connecting rods (3, 4). The front rod (3) is swivel mounted to the front stamp seat (5) stationary joined to the front stamp (7). The paper positioning area (9) has the shape of an inverted U with a front (91) and a rear segment (92).
