The system has an adapter with a four edged spigot on outer side of the adapter, where the spigot is received in a ratchet unit of a nut box. Partially recessed compression balls are placed in corresponding protruding notches. A compressive spring is placed behind each ball to compress an outer side of the corresponding ball with a known applied force to generate a holding strength.
