The valve has a main valve and a pressure control valve with small and large membranes (212, 215). The membrane (212) is connected with a sealed unit (211) and regulates opening width of the unit based on pressure changes in a gas source. The unit seals an opening of the control valve by action of a pressure control spring, which is pulled and depressed by the membrane (215) and connected between atmospheric pressure and gas chambers.
