The module has a heat extraction element with a first rib region (1) with a first cooling part (11) attached to its underside, a second cooling part (12) near the first and a part with a concave recess on another surface of the first rib region, a second rib region (2) with a similar arrangement, whereby the rib regions are connected by the parts with concave recesses, a heat conductor (3) attached to the rib regions at the top in the center of the two parts with concave recesses and a base (4) attached to the convex end of the heat conductor and connected to it by a connecting part.
