The balloon interior communicates with the pressure side of an air-conveying device and is loaded with compressed air by a fan (7) arranged in the base. The vertical longitudinal extension of the balloon in the inflated state can be changed between a maximum and a minimum height by a restoring device acting on the balloon sleeve.
