A voltage-tolerant combination of an acoustic/sound device with a loudspeaker membrane consisting of a plate-frame (1) with a magnetic induction body in the center for generating a magnetic field, and an oscillatory membrane (3). The magnetic induction body is located beneath the sound device (2), two sides of which are fixed on the L-shaped distal end of the oscillatory membrane, so that the combined surface and the strength of the combination of the holding-element (31) and sound device (2) is increased.
