A portable mobile transmitter for transmission of audio- stereo-signals in HIFI quality, which can be adapted to any mobile playback device or player. The transmitter transmits in a continuous ISM band and has a flat surface (1) for adaption of the playback device and an analog audio connection interface (2) so that the signal source can be played. Operator elements for volume are provided on the front face of the device, the unit 'sender and player' is carried on a chain around the neck or via a Velcro band e.g. on the arm. An independent claim is included for fixture of an audio unit on the body.
