The cleaner has several toggle levers (2) with their end pieces being pointed and joined together by pins. The elements are connected together so that they are mobile. The end pieces have compression springs fitted into the holes where each element is connected so that locking pins secure the elements together. The elements, and toggle levers are encased with foam material (8).
