A universal food cooking tray is fabricated of 2.5-3 mm stainless steel, whose dimensions fit within the standard dimensions of a Manz ( food oven with special baking shelves. The tray is optionally secured by a metal screw or locking pin. The screw passes through a 6 mm diameter hole (1) in the folded rim of the universal cooking tray to engage with the oven rear wall. Alternatively the tray is secured by the welded pin.
