The arrangement is assembled of a square nut and a complementary holding element (10). The holding element (10) is provided with a square flange (11) with a central bore (12) and a cylindrical neck area (13) exceeding from the flange (11) and matching the dimensions of the bore (12). A square nut with axial grooves can be inserted into an opening (14) with axial ribs (17) located at the opposite end of the element (10). The neck area (13) serves simultaneously as a distancing element.
