The hand cart comprises a main body (10), a telescopically constructed handle assembly (20) which is retractable on the body, an adjustable seat (50) which is adjustable on the handle assembly, and a collapsible table (60) which is pivotably mounted on the adjustable seat. The main body on its inner side has a chamber (11) to accommodate the handle assembly and the table. The adjustable seat has a first clamping plate (51) movably mounted on the handle assembly and a second clamping plate (52) combined with the first clamping plate for inclusion of the handle assembly.
