House door has a door leaf which swings on hinged bands on the door frame situated in an opening in the brickwork. The door leaf is formed from a box-shaped frame part (4), which encloses a door panel(5) consisting essentially of hard foam insulation between two plates (6). The plate-shaped door panel is fastened to the frame part by being covered by the plate leaf facing towards the inside. The frame may have a strut (10), with projection (12) reaching to the front plate (7), which extends to the edge area (11) of the door panel.
