The positioning shaft is designed with the drum disc (3) and the positioning element (7) mounted on the inner edge of the lower cover (6) forming an engagement/disengagement mechanism. The positioning element comprises the shaft and a positioning plate (72) which covers the upper part of the shaft and is fixed to a pivot whilst the plate has in the centre an opening in which the shaft is rotated. The front end of the plate protruding from the shaft body has a sliding protruding part (712) to match the guide slot on the lower part of the drum disc. The lower part has an actuating guide slit so that the sliding protruding part is rotated along the drum slit for alternate engagement and disengagement.
