The device has vertical posts provided to a base, and a horizontal cover plank strands placed on one another. Cover planks (7, 8) from guide plates (11,12) are placed one above the other and underneath of one strand over a shackle (10). The guide plates are plugged one above the other without projection, where the end of the plate (11) is offset pathwise against the end of plate (12) in overlapping portion of a road surface.
