The arrangement has an interface e.g. Bluetooth interface, to receive signals from a computer network e.g. Internet, where the signals include information for altering the illumination and flow rate of a mineral water column. A microprocessor converts the received signals to control signals. An electronic control unit controls a pump and a light source based on the control signals to vary the illumination and flow rate.
