The holder has a main body (10) to hold a cutting die, both defining a rotary axis (8), which is aligned with the longitudinal axis (6) of the work pieces to be processed. The main body extends towards the side (14) of the cutting die away from the work piece. This side carries a coupling part (24), aligned with the rotary axis, for rotary drive connection to an electrical hand tool. The coupling part is peg-shaped, with polygonal outer contour. The main body also has an aperture (16) on this side, and the cutting die is held in this aperture by esp. radial screws.
