The flange has a ring shaped area (4) with a definite width formed opposite the center of the flange in the direction of an outer surface of a construction body (1) i.e. in the direction of a periphery of the flange. The ring shaped area is parallel to the construction body and has a sealing material (9) on a side of the flange that faces the construction body, where the body is provided with a sealing (2).
