Knee protection device comprises a knee protector (2) having a Velcro fastening region on its inner side (4) and a flexible Velcro fastening flat element (3) having a hot adhesive layer on the side to be fixed to the trousers. The flat element is bonded to the outer side of the trousers without using seams and additional adhesives at above 100[deg] C. Preferred Features: The knee protector has holding strips (7.1, 7.2). A protective base for connecting with the Velcro fastening flat element is provided in addition to the knee protector.
