The equipment has an application-specific integrated circuit with an awakening- function module (12) which operates as an activation device to provide a coincident period of ultrasonic wave emissions and a random interruption between two subsequent emissions. ROM stores a control program of the interruption and the period of the emissions. Deterrence functional module is connected with the circuit to release emissions.
