The packing for powder-form dough pre-mix (2) is in the form of a flexible bag (1) of plastic, plastic composite or metal composite-foil material in which is fixed, preferably by welding, a spout (6) closed off by a cap (7). The material of the bag is sufficiently flexible for the bag to be compressed after filling with the pre-mix, which has a considerably smaller volume than the maximum capacity of the bag, to reduce the packed volume. The spout has an opening diameter of at least 30 mm.
