The apparatus has a swivel plate (10) swivelably installed on a pole, and a weight eccentrically installed on the swivel plate. The swivel plate, has an outer circumference, which is formed as a roll area. A permanent hole is let into a center of the swivel plate. Two grasps (40) are moved gradually forward and the swivel plate turns and rolls over a floor when user`s hands hold a grasp area (42).
