The clamp has a screw thread guide provided in a guiding component of a base body to selectively couple and decouple a screwing spindle (6). A guiding unit (11) is movable from an initial position during which the guiding unit is in contact with a screw thread, into a clamping position, during which the guiding unit is not in contact with the thread. The screwing spindle is freely relocatable into a hole (5) in the guiding component.
