A base plate (6) holds a filter circuit and a motor voltage changer. Above the base plate there is a cover that can be fastened on the base plate and has a recess for retaining the motor voltage changer's operating elements. Cooling elements (11) fasten on the underside of the base plate. Another plate (10) adjusts the height of the motor voltage/frequency changer so as to disperse heat.
