A new pressure-sensitive adhesive matrix (I) comprises: (a) at least one polymer forming a gel in water; (b) water; (c) an extract of marine algae; and (d) a mono- or polyhydric alcohol. ACTIVITY : Dermatological; Antiinflammatory; Vulnerary. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
