The drive mechanism has a worm gearing with motor-driven worm shaft and primary gearwheel (6). A secondary gearwheel (9) engages in the worm gearing and has a smaller diameter than the primary gearwheel and can be manually actuated. The secondary gearwheel meshes with the outer teeth of the primary gearwheel. The primary gearwheel can be hollow in part and has internal teeth so that the secondary wheel can be positioned inside same.
