The invention relates to a method for the production of a plastic component with internal reinforcement (1), comprising the following steps: placing a reinforcing material (1) within an opened extrusion blowing mould; production of an extrusion tube which moves over the reinforcing material (1) and surrounds the same within the interior thereof without touching; closing the extrusion blowing mould and producing a blown body. Regions of the mould bring the contact regions of the extrusion tube and reinforcing material (1) together, such that the reinforcing material (1) forms an internal connection with the blown body in the contact region. The invention further relates to a plastic blown piece produced by the above method with a reinforcing material (1) integrated between two blown piece halves.
