PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a position of an edge tip 18 in a tool 17 to a rotation center Ca in a tool holder 10 by rotating a screw member 24 even when the position of the edge tip 18 is laterally deflected to be deflected from the rotation center Ca in the tool holder 10. ;SOLUTION: In this tool holder 10 provided with an installation part 12 to be installed onto a rotation part in a machine tool on the root side of a shaft body 13, and a holding part 14 for holding a tool 17 on the tip side of the shaft body 13, a first contact part 26 and a second contact part 27 are set at positions apart from each other toward the length direction in an outer circumferential part of the shaft body 13, and a deflection correcting means 20 for generating force to displace a tip side axis C in the shaft body 13 between both contact parts 26, 27 by rotating the screw member 24 is disposed between both contact parts 26, 27.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
