PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of strength by disposing a thermo-switch which is arranged so as to close a drain hole by push-pressing a drain pin, and which is moved in a direction for opening the drain hole abutting on a fixing pin, when it attains a prescribed temperature. ;SOLUTION: When a thermo-switch 67 attains a prescribed temperature, a head part pin 71 of the thermo-switch 67 is stretched in the left direction, and collides with a fixing pin 54. The thermo-switch 67 is moved in the right direction against return springs 69, 70 by a reaction, such as shown in a lower half. When the thermo-switch 67 is moved in the right direction, force for push- pressing a drain pin 60 is cut, the drain pin 60 becomes free, and is moved in the right direction by high pressure from a high pressure port 57 to open a drain hole 56. Oil enters into a drain chamber 64 and is drained into a low- pressure chamber 66 bypassing a drain passage 65. Since the thermo-switch 67 is movably arranged in the low pressure chamber 66, high pressure no longer not acts on the thermo-switch 67, so that durability of strength is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
