PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate a decorative sheet even on a molding of a non-adherent resin such as a polyolefin resin with good adhesion and heat resistance, in a in-mold decorating injection molding method.;SOLUTION: In the sheet S for in-mold decorating injection molding, a layer 2 containing an acrylic monomer-modified polyolefin resin in arranged on the side of a surface in contact with an injection molding resin. As the modified resin, a resin obtained by graft-polymerizing an acrylic monomer and/or a prepolymer on the main chain of polypropylene, etc. are used preferably. In the sheet S, for example, on an acrylic resin base material sheet 1A, a decorative layer 3 containing a binder resin and at least one of an acrylic resin and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and the adhesive layer 2 containing the modified resin are laminated.
