Data outliers existing in digital signal from A/D converter (5) are removed by a median filter (6). The output signal from filter is post filtered and is output to a detector (8). A pacing control logic (9) generates a pacing control signal based on characteristic of post filtered signal. A stimulation pulse generator (10) emits stimulation pulses applied to the electrode lead based on the pacing control signal. An electrode lead (2) implanted in the patient acquires an intracorporeally produced physiological signal susceptible to the corrupting effect of mobile communication disturbance. The physiological signal from the electrode lead is amplified and converted into a digital signal by an amplifier (4) and an A/D converter (5). An independent claim is also included for implanted cardiac simulator.
