Protocol for controlling a distance of a local action of the generation of an instruction message

The distant protocol control of the local generation of an instruction message (OM) for a receiver, provides an enabling message. The enabling message (HM) has a field of digital actioning words (CM) generating an instruction message at the receiver which has been calculated locally. The protocol has a conditional verification step (4). There is a step of action interpretation (10) calculating the enable message and a step of local generation of the instruction following the interpretation step.
