The buggy (1), comprising a folding handle (13), front (11) and rear frames (15) connected by a bar (14), a single front wheel (111) with a brake (6) and two rear wheels, has the front frame made with a transverse connecting bar and two fork tubes. Each fork tube has lengthwise slots, a shock absorber support (2) and coil springs (3), and an end socket (4) with a slot for the front wheel axle, the supports and sockets being fixed to the fork tubes by rivets. The brake is attached to an inverted U-shaped tube (5) fastened to additional cavities in the fork sockets.
