MASK TASTE ENRICHED PARTICLES, PROCESS FOR THEIR PREPARATION AND ORODISPERSIBLE COMPRESSES CONTAINING SAID PARTICLES

A coated particle (A1) comprises a core containing an active substance and acidic compound (A2). The core is coated with a taste masking coating based on a polymer which is soluble at pH of =5 and permeable at a pH above 5. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) preparation of (A1) involving: forming particles containing the active substance, (A2) and optionally at least one excipient selected from inert carrier, binder, permeabilizing agent, diluent agent and/or antistatic agent; coating the particles by spraying composition soluble at pH of =5 and permeable at pH above 5; and drying the coated granules; (2) orodispersible tablets (T1) comprising (A1) and a mixture of excipients containing at least one disintegrating agent (D1), soluble diluent agent (S1), lubricant (L1) and optionally swelling agent, permeabilizing agent, antistatic agent, sweeteners, flavorings and colorants; and (3) preparation of (T1) involving: dry mixing the coated particles with a mixture of excipients containing at least one (D1), (S1), (L1) and optionally a swelling agent, permeabilizing agent, sweeteners, flavoring agents and colorants; and tabletting the mixture.
