The control has condensers (Con, Coff) charged through resistances (Ron, Roff) by an input voltage (Vin). A bi-stable relay is switched to ON state by control logic, when a voltage (Vcoff) is higher than a threshold. The relay is returned to OFF state by slowly reducing the voltage (Vin) such that the voltage (Vcoff) attains another threshold by auto-discharge.
