The dosing valve consists of a body (10) with a sliding and spring-loaded rod (20) that moves between rest and dispensing positions, and a dosing chamber (11) which is at atmospheric pressure when the valve is at rest. The valve also has a filling chamber (12) connected at one end to the reservoir holding the product and at the other to the dosing chamber via a channel (15) through the rod which is closed when the valve is at rest and opened by depressing the rod.
